Water Bill Assistance Program - Flyer

Water bill assistance through the Water Residential Assistance Program, or WRAP, is available for qualified residents in some Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair County communities. WRAP offers a individualized service plan to help residential customers in the Great Lakes Water Authority regions to pay past-due bills, and help reduce your water bill.

Macomb Community Action serves the following communities in Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair Counties:
