Water Bill Assistance Program - Flyer
Water bill assistance through the Water Residential Assistance Program, or WRAP, is available for qualified residents in some Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair County communities. WRAP offers a individualized service plan to help residential customers in the Great Lakes Water Authority regions to pay past-due bills, and help reduce your water bill.
Macomb Community Action serves the following communities in Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair Counties:

- Center Line
- Chesterfield Township
- Clinton Township
- Eastpointe
- Fraser
- Harrison Township
- Imlay City
- Lapeer
- Lenox Township
- Macomb Township
- Mayfield Township

- Shelby Township
- St. Clair Shores
- Sterling Heights
- Utica
- Warren
- Washington Township
Don't see your city on the list? Water bill assistance for non-WRAP communities in Macomb County may still be available through other programs.
